How to submit content

Please use the form to the right to provide information to be included in your family member's funeral service program.

How to submit photos

Please check the box for "I will be emailing photos to be included in the service program" so that we know to look for your photos.

Photos should be in JPG or PNG format.

Email your photos as an attachment to: info@funeralsbydesign.com -- be sure to include the name of the deceased in your subject line (example Subject: Service Program Photos for John Smith).
