Leroy A. Lucas Obituary

Leroy Anthony Lucas passed in peace on June 26th, 2019 at the age of 74. Preceded in death by his sister's Catherine Moore, Daisy Muñoz and many nieces and nephews. He was a great friend to many. "Uncle Roy" was very successful in his lifetime. He held many rewards and merits in the military as well as serving in the Vietnam War. His heart and soul was Manhattan. Uncle Roy was a true Leo. Born on July 26th, 1944. He lived life to the fullest, breaking many racial barriers in his lifetime. A true leader. Uncle Roy will be missed by so many.
