Diana Ramos was born May 12, 1959 and passed away in a peaceful sleep on January 22, 2021. She was a caring mother and loving sister. She touched many lives and will be forever remembered.
Diana received a Bachelor’s degree from the College of New Rochelle and continued her education to obtained her Master’s degree from Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Work.
Her passion of helping people ignited into her most fulfilling career as a clinical case manager, assisting people with special needs, disabilities and addictions.
The simplest pleasures in life brought Diana great joy. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in the littlest things. She enjoyed good food and great music. She loved attending outdoor music concerts in the summer. She loved visiting family and more than anything, had a great love for family gatherings. At gatherings, Diana could trigger your memory and tell you stories about the past, recall names of people, places and events that everyone else had forgotten.
Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met.
Diana is survived by her son, Polito, a brother, Francisco; and many cousins, and other family members and friends.
